How pricing works

Billed in euros, end to end

Your credit balance, every price and every debit are kept in euros — internally as integer micro-euros, so no floating-point arithmetic ever touches billing. Top-ups are charged in EUR via SEPA or card. What a model page shows is what one million tokens cost you.

Where the prices come from

• EU providers (Mistral, Scaleway, OVHcloud, IONOS, Regolo, Nebul, AKI and others) publish euro prices — we carry them unchanged.
• Microsoft Azure and Google Vertex publish official euro rate cards for their EU regions — we use those exact figures, not a conversion of the US price.
• Some providers only publish US-dollar prices (AWS Bedrock, TensorX, Infercom, Inceptron, Nebius). Those are converted to euros once, at the European Central Bank's official daily reference rate plus a 2% buffer, and the rate and date of that conversion are recorded.

The dollar question

Exchange rates move daily; catalog prices should not. So a dollar price is converted at a pinned ECB reference rate and then stays put. An automated daily check recomputes every dollar-based price at the current ECB rate: if a stored price has drifted outside a narrow band around the pure conversion, the whole catalog is re-priced at the fresh rate. The 2% buffer exists so a normal week of currency movement can never push a price below the provider's own rate — it is the only spread between the provider's list price and ours.

Verified daily, automatically

Every day an automated job compares the entire catalog against each provider's live model listing, Azure's public retail price API, AWS's public price file and the ECB reference rate. Any mismatch fails the check and blocks deployment until the price is corrected — a wrong price cannot silently survive a day.
